I just rang them to clarify a few points and the lady who answered the phone was excellent, dealt with my enquiries in a fast, efficient and friendly manner.
I've seen plenty slagging the ticket office over the years but I found them excellent.

Never had a problem with the ticket office. They've always been helpful, efficient and easy to deal with.

It's because people just like to moan about everything and anything.
Pretty much 99% of the people you talk to on the phone at most companies will be engaging and helpfel, so long as you speak to them politely and like human beings.
Phone up and act the cunt and you'll be treated accordingly and will then moan about it.

I contacted them this morning to advise them that I'd received an additional ticket that wasn't meant for me.
Obviously it didn't matter how helpful they were as I could bin it and still go, sell it or whatever but the lady was helpful enough advising me to rip it up and they will contact the ticket holder and ask him to pick a ticket up from the ticket office at the ground.
No hassle.
